ScaleCommand operates scalecommand.co. These terms describe the rules and information for using the public website at scalecommand.co and the process of inquiring about services.
ScaleCommand is a business-services company providing websites, marketing, AI reception and follow-up, automation, and custom business systems. The public website presents information and lets visitors explore services, use an AI concierge or Business Goals guide, and submit inquiries. It does not provide a public software subscription account or online payment checkout.
Inquiries and service engagements
Submitting an inquiry, sending a chat message, receiving a recommendation, or discussing potential work does not itself create a client engagement. Scope, fees, initial term, responsibilities, and timing are confirmed separately in writing before work begins.
Quotes and proposals describe potential work; receiving one does not itself create a client engagement. Client engagements are governed by separately executed written agreements. These website terms do not govern retained legacy operational systems. Separate notices or agreements may apply to legacy systems and existing client engagements. These public website terms do not set ownership of custom deliverables, refund or cancellation rights, service-level commitments, or automatic renewal terms for an engagement. Any such provisions must be addressed in the relevant agreement.
Published pricing and scope
Published pricing distinguishes monthly service fees from one-time setup charges and any initial term. Some specialized services have starting, approximate, or separately scoped prices. A recommendation or chat response is not a final custom quote. Confirm the applicable scope and current price with ScaleCommand before agreeing to work.
Additional costs identified with an offering remain separate. These can include advertising spend, applicable usage charges, additional workflows, or expanded scope. Client-specific software, messaging usage, integrations, licenses, and other external costs are paid directly by the client or funded in advance; ScaleCommand does not front those costs.
Where Business Automation is described as including up to three managed automations, the automations are selected around the agreed business needs. Displayed examples do not mean that every listed workflow is included together. Additional or more complex work requires separate scoping.
We may update website information, offerings, pricing, or availability. Changes to a website listing do not by themselves amend an existing written client agreement.
AI and recommendation features
The AI concierge and Business Goals guide provide suggested starting points and information about ScaleCommand services. They can misunderstand incomplete or inaccurate information. Verify material service, pricing, and scope details with ScaleCommand before relying on them in a business decision. These features do not promise a result, discount, start date, delivery date, or service availability.
Provide information you are authorized to share. Please leave out passwords, payment-card details, health information, and other sensitive or confidential information that is unnecessary to discuss your business needs. Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Appropriate use
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, impersonate someone else, or misuse the inquiry or chat features to send spam or abusive requests. Do not submit content that you lack authority to share or that infringes another person's rights.
Website content and third parties
Website materials and third-party names, marks, and materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership of those materials. This clause does not decide ownership or licensing of work created for a client; that belongs in the applicable written agreement.
External links and references to third-party tools are provided in the context shown. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and policies. A tool logo does not, by itself, establish a partnership, endorsement, included license, or obligation to provide that tool as part of an engagement.
Results and website information
Examples, estimates, and outcome descriptions are illustrative; actual results depend on the business, industry, agreed scope, and implementation. ScaleCommand does not promise a particular revenue, savings, or performance result from the website or its recommendations.
Website liability
Nothing in these website terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for a client engagement is addressed in its applicable written agreement, subject to applicable law.
